2000 Dodge Ram rough idle

Has new tuneup two months back truck always had slght roughness to it but has really bad now when you first start it up it idles at 1000 -1200 then drops down to 700 in park only other thing I see is extra condensaion till it warms up and no codes

Tell me what exactly was changed, cleaned when the tune up was done.
