2000 Dodge Ram radiator

I am replacing my radiator and have got everything done except one hose I cant remove it is the hose directly above the lower radiator hose not sure what it is called and help on how to remove it?

Should be heater hose got three ways pry off with BIG screw driver, twist back and forth to loosen and razor cut slit in hose pry off.

If your truck has an auto transmission, and you are talking about the smaller hose above lower radiator hose that enters the radiator, it is a transmission cooler line. It is a quick connect fitting. Requires a special tool to remove. Tool is cheap and easy to use. Available at most parts stores.
