Start off by checking the BCM for any codes.

Fluid is full and clean I assume. Filter has been changed 2-3 times by now.I also Assume.

Im no mechanic but I would try a linkage adjustment somehow it may have gotten out of wack. Then try the filter and fluid, alot of mechanics and shops shy against this but you aint got nuttn to loose. Maybe one of your transmission lines are pinched shut from bumpy roads or rocks that flew up and hit them. Or the last deal is to visit your local U-Pull it junk yard and get another. There cheap there and you can practice before you put it on yours. Theres not a whole lot of options here but I told you what I would do. Happy hunting (post your prgress)

Iam no expert mechanic but in my day this ment the pump wasnt picking up the fluid. Change fluid and filter is a must. And make sure you change the fluid in the torgue converter. If this doesnt work your going to have to take it to the shop. If you take it to one of those quick oil change shopps make sure they change the filter and drain the torque converter.
