At approximately 60 mph on the highway my truck will hesitate under light loading. Power train will buck quite noticeably. Not sure if this is a power train issue or an electrical issue. This will occur while the accelerator is transitioning from power or to power. I have a 5th wheel camper and while towing this situation is greatly exaggerated.

I had an EGR code (32) on the PCM, so I changed the EGR valve. This code has not returned. I also have a 37 code, but I cannot find that code other than on a diesel engine. I have replaced the plugs, wires, distributor, cam pickup, and rotor to no change.

Any ideas?
