I was rear ended i my light durty 2500 and towed twice.I had my 9.25 I think rear end rebuilt.I have no 4 high or 4 low.It shifts in but only works in 2 high .Is my transfer case blown?

there is a vacuum acuator located on the passenger side of the front axle look on ebay its around $100.00 the dealer wants $275.00
