I have a Dodge Neon 98,000 miles 3 speed automatic. Engine code P0743. I replaced the TCC Solenoid which was bad, one wire has 12.58 volts to the solenoid. The other wire I traced back to the powertrain module for con't and the wire is okak. Disconneted the battery overnight to erase the code but the check engine light come right back on. Please help! What else could be the problem? The code is still P0743

*Stolen from another website, check the end for additional possibility since you already replaced the selenoid*

DTC P0743 indicates "Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid Circuit". This DTC is set when an open or shorted condition is detected in the torque converter clutch solenoid control circuit. Most likely it is a bad TCC solenoid but it can also be a problem with the wiring or ignition switch.
