05 dodge neon sxt 4 cylinder auto 50000. The front passenger out board pad wore at about 50% faster than the inside pad. I just replaced the front pads and rotors, and rear drums and shoes. All with wagner thermoquiet products. I am getting a pulsating or vibration in the brake pedal when partially depressed. The guide bolts are not rusted the sleeves are not rusted, and the boots had grease and where regreased. There are no other signs of problems with brake system. I do not want to have the same pad problem as before. I can not find a reason for the problem. I consulted the factory manual and a mechanic. Both seemed to point to the guide bolts or sleeves. Any help would be appreiciated.

New brake rotors have been on the car 2 days, they would have to be defective out of the box. The only other direction I know to go would be the hub & bearing assembly or the steering knuckle.

Even if its new what make you think its good. There's such thing as manufacturer defects.

Try miking it then you should know what direction to take.

Below is the catch 22
