2003 Dodge Neon Installed new starter

I installed new starter and when I attached everything back up it is idleing very ruff at high rmps when put into gear the rpms slow down but car still wants to pull like the gas pedal is being pushed. Please tell me it's something minor i'm missing? Thanks, jason

In order for you to replace the starter you have to disconnect the battery by doing so the computer lost its memory and has to go to relearning process. See below data
