I JUST BOUGHT A 2002 NOEN AND I DIDN'T FEEL IT AT FIRST BUT NOW IT FEELS LIKE THE BACK OF THE CAR SWAYS SIDE TO SIDE WHEN U HIT EVEN SMALL BUMPS I WAS THINKING IT WAS THE SWAY BAR OR SWAY BAR LINKS CAN SOME HELP

Sounds typical of low tire pressure. Check that first. Many cars don't even have a rear anti-sway bar. When there isn't one, or the links are broken, the body will lean on corners.
