Tranny drain plug, Is there one? Trying locate it but I don't see it. Where exactly is this drain plug?
Do I have to drop the entire pan to drain it? And is there a oil fiter in there?
Thanks.

Hello,

There is no tranny drain plug, you will need to drop the pan in order to change the fluid. Yes there is a tranny filter in the pan attached to the valve body.

It is a pain and can be very messy. Suggest getting one of these to use with you oil drain pan will help keep fluid off drive

I have had a couple people try only to have to purchase a new pan. Because of it leakng. They don't put one in most vehicles cause there just isn't room to do it.
