While doing a coolant flush and plug and wire change I noticed that after letting the car idle for around 15 minutes to circulate the coolant there was a pool of condensate on the floor at the tailpipe. In the pooling was water with sut/oil in it. Is this a reason for concern? About 2 months prior I replaced the Catalytic Converter and both O2 sensors as they were all damaged.

Hello jhanschu

This problem is a reason to have concern. This usually indicates either faulty valve stem seals, valve guides or piston rings. Anytime oil is slipping out of the engine compartment, it is not a good sign. As long as you keep an eye out on the oil level, their will be no internal damages done to the engine. However, if you continue without fixing the issue, it will only worsen and the engine will eventually be unable to hold oil for any certain distance at all. You should have your engine checked out at a reputable repair shop.

Thanks for your quick reply. My engine is still covered under a "7 year/100,000 mile" warranty. Is this something that would be covered or should I even bother with the asking the dealership?

It never hurts to ask. I can't really answer that question for you becuase I don't have the details of your exact warranty, but your dealer will be able to tell you.
