1995 Dodge Neon Fuel pump

I've changed the fuel pump and relay couple months ago.
My car stopped last time because the fuel pump was not running. After waiting couple minutes I could hear again running pump when I turn the key on.
Usually after waiting it's running again.I can't figure out what causing that because it's working again.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and monitor the pressure this will tell you the performance of the pump

Also inspect and test the ASD relay
