Intrepid 2.7 Code P1494 LDP SW Mech Fault

I have a Dodge Intrepid with ~190k miles on it. Just reworked the heads on the engine and it is running fine. Since doing this, I now get a P1494 LDP SW or Mech Fault code. I cleared it using a scan tool thinking it was related to the fuel system depressurization procedure during the service of the engine. It returned after about 3 trips. I did nothing to the EVAP system other than disconnecting the vacuum lines to remove the upper manifold, etc. Any idea on what could cause this code after this engine work? Thanks.

Look for cracked or ill fitting vacuum lines. Everything plugged in? What year is the car?

The car is a 1999. I checked and everything is plugged in. That was the first thing I checked. I used a vacuum tester and I think I might have found a small leak in one of the hoses. I replaced it and will need to have the code erased to see if it comes back. Will repost with results.

I was able to resolve the problem. Upon further inspection, I found a corroded wire for the LDP Switch Sense circuit. The metal tab in the connector broke off of the wire and was not making the connection. The connector is located under the passenger side of the rear seat. Repaired the orange/red wire and the problem went away.
