P CODES P0700 AND P0740

The engine light is on, I took the car to Auto Zone and the above codes were given (P0740/P0700) Would you please tell me what is my issue and how to test it?

Hello,

Both of these codes are related to transmission.

P0700 - Transmission control system/read transmission dtc's on the drbiii(r)
P0740 - Torque converter clutch control circuit
