2001 Dodge Intrepid trying to name the part

Driving and steam coming from under hood, opened hood and some part at front of motor top had come off and water was evaporating from it

Can you take a pic and send it? That would make it a lot easier unless you can describe more.

Does the radiator top hose go to it? Is it the radiator - the radiator overflow -

There are many things...A pic would be great.
