2001 Dodge Intrepid Cooling - Help Identifying part

This part circled is very slowly leaking. What is the exact name of this and is it a quick fix? Had AAP try to identify it with me and tell me if there was a gasket available, etc, and he said I need to make my own. Any input would help.

Here is the picture. Primarily leaking right around the top. VERY slow leak, but obviously crusting up, and eventually depleting antifreeze reserve.

That is water outlet with air bleeder no servicable dealer part # 4792329 cost $ 68.70.

So you are saying "no Servicable"? Or should I try to grab the part and do myself. It seems like a few quick bolts. Sorry, just want to be clear.
