Should be located at the top of timing chain cover. Hall switch, three wire connector. Orange is ref voltage, blackwire with lite blue tracer is ground, tan wire with yellow tracer is sensor signal.
Because the crank and cam sensor share the same ref voltage and ground circuits, I'd check the circuits to both sensors. The info I looked at was for a 2.7 litre engine.
