I have a noise when I turn or hit bumps. The mechanic says it is my sway bar. My sister drives car with two kids and the mechanic said it is no big deal to change it. Tight on money. Is it nessasary. Thanks

It’s not a big deal !

And You can do it
Each has two nuts on it one up and one down you can remove those nuts and you’re good
Use WD40 if you can hold it from the back using a vise grip some of them may be held by an alien key and a wrench
