Engine misses only when warm and under acceleration. Plugs have been changed coils have been checked there are no plug wires because coils are mounted on plugs. I have not checked injectors yet because they are not easily accessible. When it does miss and I let off throttle it will stop missing. I will get engine light if I keep it missing for about 5 to 10 seconds. It will show code 1391 which makes sense because engine was missing.

Have you checked the crank shaft position sensor? Any vacuum leaks? EGR?

Crank shaft and cam sensors have both been replaced. I have not found any vacuum leaks. The EGR valve I have not checked yet.
