1997 Dodge Intrepid misfire acts like out of time wont idel

Car has me stumped I have replaced timming chaine and gears crank sensor cam sensor coil pack andspark plugs and wires tested for engine codes and no codes present. Tested for short to injectors with noide light all 6 flash ohmed injctors and thay are from 9.6 to 10.2 ohms checked egr and its not stuck open

Are you sure timing is correct and all plug wires are to the correct plug? Does the engine ever run smooth? When it misfires, is there a backfire? If so from where intake or exhaust?
