1994 Dodge Intrepid belts

The belt tentioner will not move. I've tried using a bar to pry it and nothing. What do I do?

Remove it and replace it.

I believe you have an adjusting bolt in at the back look for it to loose or tight

I don't think its self adjusting tensioner
