1992 Dodge Dynasty

Sometimes when I start the car the odometer, speedometer, and battery gauge does not work. A few times I was able to correct the problem by pushing the trip odometer and other times that wouldn't work. Any clues as to the problem and why it only happens sometines and can it easily be fix. Intermittent electrical problems are usually one of the toughest. Check all fuses for good contact on both sides. Check all grounds under the dash near the steering column. I have seen ignition switches do the same thing, but also come across bad inst. Clusters too.
