1999 Dodge Durango speedometer not working

My speedometer is not working it stopped working when the water pump got fixed. I allready changed both speed sensors now the check engine light comes on. Could it have anything to do with when the water pump went? If not please let me know what it could be.

Honestly, the two items are not related in any way. However, that doesn't mean when they worked on the water pump, they didn't bump a wire and cause the problem. Is the transmission still shifting properly?
