1975 Dodge Dart wont charge

1975 Dodge Dart 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a beautiful car I just got but the battery wont charge. I have a new alternator that reads 10.8-11.1 volts, battery reads the same, new voltage regulator, new starter, tested the bettery and its good. I replaced the negative cabel and now getting a good ground and all the same thing it will run if jumped and wont when I take the negative off but the alt is good any idea where to go from here? I am lost!

For an alternator to charge teh battery must be charged and reading over 12.4 on a digital volt meter. If it doesn't then the alternator isn't going to work right. Have teh alternator retested at an auto parts store and then make sure the battery is charged fully. Then see what your readings are.
