I have a 97 Dakota with about 145000 miles on it with a 318 V8 and ever since I drove through snow I have been having trouble with the RPMs not getting past 4000 RPM and sometimes it wont even get past 2500 RPM. It has no power and it takes forever to get up to 70 MPH. And it has no power at all. Is it possible that the computer might have gotten wet while driven through the snow or what else could be wrong with it?

Check and make sure you don't have a head gasket leek. Sounds like you're losing compression. The computer will adjust to how the car is running. Check your vacuums too. If you have a oil leek around your head gaskets its most likely it. Don't run it like that for too long or you will have different problems later. Stop driving so fast too. Sound like the car doesn't like it.
