2004 Dodge Dakota overheating

2004 dodge dakota 3.7 overheating, changed thermostat, auto radiator fan does not come on after it gets so hot, also the radiator hoses are real tight (you cannot squeeze the hoses, real hard.

Hoses will be hard when the system is hot. If fans not coming on then that is the cause of overheating so check fuses and relays to the fans.

In the fuse block under the hood. There is only one fan radiator relay that you know of, because that is the only one that I found, and if this is the problem, could you give me a rough estimate on this relay, price wise, if this is the problem

Yep thats all my program is listing as well. It costs approx. $8 - $14 from the few searches I made.
