Do not have battery power to trailer hitch.
Do not have running lights power to trailer hitch.
When the parking lighis are turned on, the relay for the parking lights to the trailer does activate but there is no battery power to the relay for it to transfer to the parking lights. Red wire, same source as the battery power to the hitch, is dead.
Question: What is the source of that power? (Fuse # or other source info.) I don't find any blown fuses on either fuse panel.

I traced the wire back to the engine compartment ( no small feat) where it was attached to a solenoid terminal. The wire fell out of the connector when I touched it. The solenoid applies power to the trailer hitch connector and the rear relay when the ignition is turned on. The rear relay is energized when the parking lights are turned on applying power to the clearence lights. I put an new terminal on the wire and that fixed it. A careless crimping job on the wire terminal when the hitch was installed was my problem. Thanks for your suggestions.
