We just purchased this truck used and when accelerating between 30 - 35 mph when the truck shifts there is a jerk once or twice. You can feel it quite strong. Wondering if there is a problem with the transimission does this have something to do with the limited slip differential.

Based on your description, it sounds more engine related. Has the check engine light come on? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure? Other than this problem, does the vehicle run good? Also, let me know if the check engine light has come on.

No check engine light comes on. The truck runs great. It starts no problem. The reason I thougt it may be a transmission problem is that as you accelerate when it shifts to a lower rpm that is when the jerking or hesitation occurrs.

Just for the heck of it, check the motor mounts and trans mount. See if anything is broken or loose.
