HOW DO I RELIEF THE LOAD ON THE SPRING TENSION PULLEY TO REMOVE THE BELT. ALSO IS THE THREAD WHERE THE FAN SCREWS ON TO THE WATER PUMP RIGHT OR LEFT THREAD

Hi:

To remove the tension from the belt tensioner, you will need a ratchet or a box end. The tensioner will have a slot for a ratchet or you will place the box end over the tensioner pulley bolt. Then just push or pull the tensioner in the direction to loosten the belt.

The fan screws are a standard right handed thread.
