What is the best way to change out the fog lamp assembly?

THe bulbs are replaceable. Access them from under the front of the truck.

I'm sorry. Are you replacing the entire assembly or just the bulb? If it is the assembly, there are two bolts that hold the OEM assembly in place. Do you plan to replace them with the OEM type?

It is OEM used part. Just want to know what is the best way to access it. Looks like I might need to remove the wheel well mud guard. Just looking for a suggestiion. Laying on my back and reaching up in is not great access.

Honestly, that is the only way. There are only two bolts that hold it in place. Honestly, I wish there was an easier way.
