Tale lights and standing lights doesn't work

On my 1990 Dodge Caravan SE the tale lights and standing lights doesn't work! I checked the bulbs and the fuses. They are OK! What else can I do?

Have you checked all of your bulbs around your van. One bulb blown can couse a number of lights not to work. Then again it might be a inline fuse blown that goes to your tail lights. And if that's not it invest in a new light switch couse your switch has gone bad one sid controls all your front lights the other side controls the back lights.

I have checked all of the bulbs! And all are OK! I want to check my inline fuse, but I don't know where I can find it. Can you tell me that?
