Location of OBD plug on 1995 Caravan W/3.0L engine

I have a pocket scan however, I cannot find the place to plug it in. I have a 1995 dodge caravan with 191516 miles on it it is 2WD with AC. It has a 3.0L engine. It is an automatic. : : : :

Left side inside engine compatment, Maked in the diagram as th "DLC"
