Dodge Caravan transmission

I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan, I started having trouble with the transmission one day while driving. It was like I was putting it in neutral and then back into drive. I was having problems getting it into drive, or reverse. When we popped the hood to check the transmission fluid we noticed that there was a pink foam coming from the coolant overflow. We took the cap off the radiator and the same fluid was in the radiator. We are trying to find out what is wrong with it. Have been told that it needs a new radiator and a new transmission cooler. Now we are having trouble finding the transmission cooler. Does this come with the radiator or is it seperate, and if so where would we find it? Any information would help!

There are 4 different engines for this vehicle need to know which one it is also I dont think the fluid is the same I think your just confusing pink HOAT mopar coolant with transmission fluid but if the trans cooler is bad and you keep driving it it will ruin the transmission which might have already happened I would check the fluid level of the transmission first and remember when checking the transmission has to be in nuetral with the engine running

We did check the fluid and it was low. We put more fluid in it and still wasn't registering on the stick, after the third quart is when we noticed the pink foam coming from the overflow. We haven't been driving it because it won't go into gear long enough. We have been trying to find the parts for 2 weeks now with no luck on the transmission cooler.
