Blower motor resistor

1997 dodge grand caravan SE - 182K miles - where is the location of the blower motor resistor? I have only off and high controls for the heater and I purchased the resistor because I heard it was a pretty simple fix. Thanks!

If your refering to fan speed. Off & High. Then that would mostly be the switch its self. Meaning the fan control knob. Highly, highly commen in dodge products. Let be know whats going on.

The resisto is located on the firewall. At the upper left hand(passenger side) corner, under the cowl. Above the AC lines, and strut tower. It is an easy fix, you may have to replace the plug as well, it may be burnt. This apparently is a common problem in these caravans.

Check the connector too they rust and burn
