No electrical?

Some times when I turn key on, oil light and check engine light would not come on, after putting the scanner on, it will show no codes, but if I wiggle the wires on the control module, the lights would come on and the car would start, could it be a broken wire on the harness or a bad connection on the plugs, or is there a ground wire near this part of the harness?

This is a pretty common issue on these NGC controllers. Basically what happens is the circuit board on the controller cracks and causes open circuits and the engine does not start.

Then when you wiggle the harness it starts the vehicle as you are moving the circuit board and it completes the circuits.
