2006 Dodge Caravan

On this dodge caravan when you turn the key it dosn't even try to start it just makes a clicking sound. I pulled the fuse box cover under the hood and found the relay was making the clicking noise.I had the battery tested, it was fine. And I also changed the relay and still have the same problem. The car was running fine yesterday we pulled into the driveway as normal shut it off, had no problems, went bake to start it later and just got the clicking noise. Any information you have would be greatly appriciated and thanks for your time

Battery good
check battery terminals
check starter
big wire should have battery volts at all times
use a test light check for power at the S small wire on the starter with key in start position
if u have power starter no good
