When driving my van the rpms are high and it doesn't move to the next gear

Your describing a van that is slipping into nuetral while your in drive, at high speeds. Is the transmission fluid ok? If it is full you may have a trans filter that is clogging or a problem internally. You will have stored fault codes in the TCM that will help you find what is causing this. Ok
