2002 Dodge Caravan Running rough

My sister-in-law has had her van tuned up, new timing belt, new plugs - full tune up. It has had a scanner placed on the motor while running and still the van runs rough and feels underpowered and the person said he cannot find anything wrong with it. She has had it stall out on her once or twice. The roughness is not consistant. My husband had driven it several times and only had it one rough one of those times. Any suggestions? I have no picture.

Hi:
If you're not getting any codes and have had it tuned, I would start looking for a vacuum leak. Check the vac hoses for damage, cracks. Also, make sure there is no issue with the intake gasket.

Let me know what you find. Also, the 2.4L really is too small for the van's weight. Don't expect too much as far as power.
