2000 Dodge Caravan felt ceiling

My 2000 Dodge Caravan felt lined ceiling is peeling off and drooping down on rider's heads. Only 7 years old when this problem started. Apparently the inner ceiling is styrofoam and the glue that hold the felt in place is breaking down. Anyone have a remedy for this problem?

The only thing I can tell you is that 3M makes a glue for repairing them. However, I believe you need to remove the old foam before using it. In other words, remove the head liner, pull it back, clean the area needing fixed, and then reglue it.
