1999 Dodge Caravan

Cooling fan did not turn off after key was taken out.
Tryed dissconecting and reconecting battery leads,
still ran. I removed the fan relay and when I replaced it fan turned off, but has not come on again
even with engine temp being up.

Turn AC on
fan should come on if not make sure you have the correct relay
and was installed correctly
I would suspected the module relay on the frame behind grille

need manual CHECK IT @
