1998 Dodge Caravan Rear Windshield Wiper malfunction

Recently my windshield wipers came on spontaneously and now they won't go off. Sometimes they are off but most of the time they are going. Sometimes slow and sometimes fast.

I need to find the fuse that controls the rear wiper so I can remove it until I can get my car to a repair shop. Which fuse do I pull?

Fuse #6 (20 amp, yellow) protects the rear wiper circuit. If you pull the fuse, it will always disconnect power to the instrument panel warning lights as the are on same circuit.
