1998 Dodge Caravan POOR PERFORMANCE WHEN COLD

Hi my car is little noisy and performs poor ( not much power ) until it gets worm like after 5-10 min.

WHen you say noisy, do you hear a knocking or ticking? Also, has the check engine light come on?

Noise is more like roaring and check engine light has not come on.

WIthout the light, it's hard to tell. Make sure the exhaust isn't damaged including the catylatic converter. You may want to check fuel pressure when it's cold to make sure it is within spec.
