Hi:
First disconnect the battery. After that, you will need to remove the alt belt. Next, you will need to disconnect the electrical supply and all wires from the alt itself. Finally, I believe there are three bolts on your vehicle that will need removed. Once they are off, the alt can be removed.

To replace the alt, just reverse the order.
