My van acts like it is running out of gas. The rpm's drop really low and then it will catch and go back up it dies quite frequently when it does this. However it always starts right back up I have changed the fuel filter, pump the oxygen sensor was replaced and the throttle body cleaned out Oh and it only does this when it is hot outside I never have a problem driving at night only during the day. Dont know what else to try

When it is on, I need you to take the vehicle to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer. Most will do it for free, and then we'll know where the problem is coming from.
