1996 Dodge Caravan Windshield Wipers problem

The lid has the fuse and relay id's.Try using another or the spares they sometimes include. There's a module on or near the interior fuse junction block test fuse 9, a 5 amp. And number 3, a 20 amp. And near the instrument panel center support is an instrument panel ground block where the wiper combination switch grounds. Print this and tell them I have been in the wiper hell they are in also.
