My car does not want to turn on. It doesnt crank and when I turn the ignition switch on many relays start to click. Whats the problem?

First of all, need to make sure the battery has enough amperage to start the vehicle. Get the battery load-tested at a parts store. Once the battery is deemed good, check the relay for the fuel pump.
