My 3.0 L engine came up with this code P0300. I replaced all spark plugs, replaced spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor to no avail. Cyl. 1, 3 & 5 are getting spark but there is no change in the engine when I pull the spark plug wires. This tells me that either I am not getting fuel or air to the cly. I also replaced air filter

Random Misfire P0300 normally indicates vacuum leak and bad fuel

Misfires on specific cylinders-you should check the spark plugs/injector and compression for that cylinders.

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel
