1995 Dodge Caravan Leaking Gas

I found my Caravan leaks gas in the injecter or fuel pressure regulater are, and I can not pin point the location. When the engine is warm there is no leaking, but when the temperature around 30 F degree, it leaks gas very bad.

I took the car to the dealer for service, they can not find out the problem. Anyone can tell me what is wrong? Thanks

If the leak is near the fuel rail, chances are there is a bad O-ring on one of the injectors (where it enters the engine). This, however, is odd for a Chrysler product. If you remove the vacuum line from the regulator, does it leak?
