1995 Dodge Caravan engine light

Check engine light wont come on when you turn on ignition-they wont give me my smog certificate even though it passed I changed what I think is the right bulb I guess I need to know which is the check engine light on the dash and which fuse and relay control it please help I cant get book from the library to findout or find the info. Please and thanks for any help you can give me signed gratefull

Glad it is not just 'on' all the time. The computer, is probably fine. Do the lamps in your instruement panel work at all?
It uses a small bulb that sometimes burns out. The bulbs near it, if lit, will fit in. And if they are ok, swap em and buy a new bulb. There is a power center under the hood that has engine control fuses. I have not had to replace the computer for this problem except twice. Out of dozens.
What do you need to know? Do you have a way to test for 12 volts? The socket connectors went bad all the time. Electronic digital dash?
