What would cause raw fuel to run out the tail pipe :

If you have raw fuel running from the tail pipe, which I can't see how. Don't even try to start it. What you may see is condensation and smell fuel bacause it is burning to rich. And if you have kids please do not let them anywhere the van inside or out until you are sure!
